Low Income Lawyer Program

Lawyers’ Mutual has crafted an innovative Low Income Lawyer Program in line with our Company’s mission, vision and value statements. Our objective is to reach and protect as many California lawyers and their clients as possible. This program is designed to be simple and sustainable. We are confident that by bringing this unique program to California lawyers we will also help increase access to justice. This specialized program is easy to apply for and designed to provide affordable coverage to solo lawyers who have been in practice for at least 5 years, and can warrant that their annual average revenue from professional legal services for two of the last three years was no more than $65,000. Some areas of practice restrictions may apply.

Limits of Liability

The Limits of Liability for the LILP policy will be $100,000/$100,000 per claim/annual aggregate with a $250 deductible. No additional limit options are available.

Complimentary Cyber Coverage

Complimentary cyber coverage includes protection for cyber ransom, cyber extortion, security breach, network asset protection and costs of notification & remediation.

Claims Expense Allowance

$50,000 annual Claims Expense Allowance outside limits included.
